As we all know, April 1st is the worlds fools day and if anything is worthy of posting today, it has to be no other but my ordeal in the hands of an okada man who 'fooled' me.
Stepping out of my house, I planned on visiting a friend whom I have not seen for 3yrs now. After stopping two bikes, I stopped a third one who said he will take me to my destination but on getting to a place which later turned out to be 'Okota New site', the bike man stopped in front of an uncompleted building, I asked him what happened and all he could say was 'sssshhhhh! As you don wear the helmet, na me dey control u and na anywhere I carry u go be the place wey u dey go'.
Instantly, I felt I was under a spell but all of a sudden I jumped off the bike and started running back towards where we came from, fortunately or should I say unfortunately for me, I saw a branch of UBA bank which I ran into. I was stopped by a security man who asked me where I was running to with an helmet on my head but before I could say a thing, the bike man came, started laughing and shouting 'APRIL FOOL'. Without knowing what the 'fool' was all about the securities couldn't hold themselves, they busted out laughing and one of them asked if that was the reason I decided to run away with his helmet.
In my entire life, noting has ever gotten to me like this before, I hope I recover from it soon and I hope u do too.
